GENETICS LAB EXHBITION DESIGN

For this particular exhibition at the Museum of Man in Ploiesti, we designed several interactive large projections.

In the Genetics Lab, we placed an interactive surface that encouraged users to explore and get informed in the basic genetics area. All the information was set in the form of a moving DNA, with touchable elements that opened new info boxes.

The exhibit was a gesture based surface that allowed full interaction and enabled the visitors to select an object, rotate it as they pleased and get additional information and stories on it.

There were also 4 interactive games to entertain and inform the public: The Colorblind Test, Know Your Blood Type, The Bacteria Game and the Compatible Blood Types for Transfusion.

The walls were also Evolve made – they had a large projection focusing on the Drosophila Melanogaster, the common fruit fly
